Partner Florian Stefan moderates at ICC Arbitration YAF conference
The ICC YAF conference “Getting to grips with complexity in construction arbitration” is taking place on 20 May 2022 in Vienna. Our partner Florian Stefan is moderating one of the two panels. This practical conference will tackle, from a multi-jurisdictional perspective, the issues of the statute of limitations in the context of FIDIC contracts and joinder and consolidation in construction arbitration under the ICC Rules.
