Dominik Loidl in ÖJZ: Modernization of the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) – A Conference Report Regarding Property Law

Much of the wording of the Austrian Civil Code (Allgemeines Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, ABGB) dates back over 200 years. A team led by University Professor Peter Bydlinski has developed a proposal for the modernization, which was presented in the course of a conference in March 2018. Together with Jakub Bojkovsky, Vavrovsky Heine Marth Associate Dominik Loidl reports on the debates regarding property law in the Austrian lawyers journal (Österreichische Juristenzeitung, ÖJZ).
