Patrick Troller is an associate at VHM. He works in the field of dispute resolution before both national ordinary courts and international arbitration tribunals.

Patrick advises clients from various industries. His focus is on resolution of disputes under construction contract law in the field of contract and claim management, in particular in the handling of complex construction projects in the area of building construction and infrastructure.

Most recently, Patrick’s work included advice to an international project development company on the judicial enforcement of its claims for damages in connection with a highly complex general redevelopment project in Vienna's inner city and an international food production company on the enforcement of claims for damages arising from a multinational joint venture agreement under the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
