Amelie Eggenburg joined VHM as an associate in April 2025 and supports Dieter Heine's team in the area of dispute resolution with a focus on litigation and IP.

Before joining VHM, she gained relevant experience as an associate in renowned law firms in Vienna. She also specialized in the field of IP and was primarily entrusted with trademark and copyright issues. She assisted in court proceedings and proceedings before trademark offices (EUIPO and Austrian Patent Office) to enforce and defend intellectual property rights and has also dealt with the drafting and review of license and cooperation agreements.

Amelie completed her law degree at the University of Vienna and spent a semester abroad in Kampala, Uganda. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Vienna Forum for Democracy and Human Rights and contributed to several publications.
