About me
Benedikt Schallmayer joined VHM in July 2025 as an associate in Lukas Lanzerstorfer's team. His focus is on property-related matters, with a particular emphasis on projects in accordance with the Developer Contracts Act (BTVG).
He graduated from the University of Vienna and completed his court internship at the Vienna Higher Regional Court. Benedikt has also volunteered at the Austrian Aid Organization for the Deafblind (ÖHTB).
He speaks German and English.
