About me
Marlene Heiling has been an associate at VHM since 2019 and supports the real estate team led by Christian Marth and Lisa Haslinger in advising on public law issues as well as all facets of project development in the real estate sector and in the area of tenancy law.
Her field of activity ranges from the drafting of purchase agreements, building rights, easement agreements or lease agreements in connection with the acquisition and the development of real estate projects to the support in public law approval processes and the supervision of the utilization and sale of developed properties. In addition, Marlene assists in advising on all special issues of commercial landlord and tenant law.
During her studies, Marlene held a job and worked as a student assistant at the Institute for research assistant in the field of real estate law at the University of Vienna.
Marlene received the Heinrich Klang Award as the second best graduate of her year – 2nd place out of 674 – for her success in her law studies at the University of Vienna.
