PepitaFallmann

Pepita Fallmann is an associate at VHM and, continuing her specialisation in arbitration law which she had already completed at university, works in the field of international arbitration. Together with Florian Stefan and Nikolaus Vavrovsky, she represents clients in the infrastructure and technology sectors, specialising in international distribution agreements.

During her studies, Pepita worked as a student assistant at the Institute for Civil Procedure Law at the University of Vienna. After completing her studies she continued in this position as a university assistant.

During her 5 years at the University of Vienna, Pepita specialised in civil procedure law and arbitration.

She taught the Civil Procedure Repetitorium and acted as coach for the Vienna team of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, a global student competition in the field of arbitration, for two consecutive years.
